Barbeque on the Road

When I am not making sausage or barbequing myself, I enjoy sampling OPP (Other People's Pork). I especially like any and all forms of barbeque. I have put together a list of barbeque joints that I have eaten at personally and would reccomend to you. Keep in mind that this is not a comprehensive list of the places I have sampled, just the one's I'd recommend if you are in the area. I have to agree with your picks in Memphis, but why no good barbecue downriver in Mississippi? I've been to the Clarksdale area a number of times, and I haven't had any barbecue there I could recommend. What's the deal? Where is good Mississippi barbecue hiding?

I'm sure it's there somewhere, but I haven't found it. I will admit that I have not spent much time in Mississippi, though.

Cozy Corner in Memphis is one of my all-time favs. The barbequed bologna was so good I ordered a second one to go and ate it on the way back to New Orleans.
